@MichelleOlaithe Females have slower colonic transit time + more constipation. Endometriosis + maybe hormones contribute to the timing and severity of IBS and IBS-like symptoms. Diagnosis + treatment of endometriosis in women with IBS-like symptoms can ⬆️ wellbeing. Less known re-IBS with PCOS.
