Matthew Perna was in the Capitol for 14 minutes, and the entire time stayed within the red ropes. He initially faced 6-12 months in a federal prison camp & planned to use that time helping other inmates get their GED. That is until his attorney told him the prosecutor now decided to add a bogus charge of "enhancement of terrorism". He lost all hope after the threat of facing decades in prison, said goodbye to loved ones, and hanged himself in his garage. These people have NO SOUL!!! After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.
I wonder if this guy Joe Kent was about to be fired but quickly resigned first. That's how these things typically work. He's part of that radical isolationist Woke Right cabal. Watch how the leftwing media use him to attack the president and the military campaign against Iran. In part, that's why he wrote that letter. I wonder if he was one of the leakers in the administration. Just asking questions.
