@BowTiedFawn Beside the point. For the entirety of my working life pre covid everyone ate lunch out every day and never considered it. Further, many people went for drinks multiple times a week and many smoked. Lunch was never considered a luxury.

When I was growing up getting fast food was actually a luxury in our home. Looking at all these posts today reminds me just how poor we were. Kind of rude of you people. I didn’t need to be reminded of that.

@LouPerez Working 80-90 hours a week with multiple jobs, I was able to cook. Working 80 hours and driving an hour each way to work - I was able to cook. Did it suck? Yes. But was there time? Also yes. I don’t understand how people say they can’t cook.

Imagine this: You graduated college but don't have the time-management skills (e.g. "programming" a rice cooker, crockpot, etc.) nor the mental capacity to create home-cooked meals.
