Words cant even begin 2 describe the emotions I felt 2day. By far the hardest thing I had 2 do since my injury but damn was it worth it I have worked on nothing but towards 1 thing since 11/18/16 & 2day I accomplished tht goal. So thankful 4 every1 that has been there since day 1

Another year, since my life has changed for the better. So many blessings and lessons taught each and every year I live with this injury and I can’t thank everyone who has not only helped me, but my family throughout these last 6 years. Only up from here!

Crazy to think this was only 3 short years ago today. Something I was told by so many that I may never be able to do again… No matter what happens in life, when you have a goal/dream in mind nobody can tell you that you can’t do something but yourself.

Eduards Tralmaks has turned in a solid rookie season so far, ranking 2nd on the team in plus/minus (+22) & 5th in goals (14). The marks match or best career-highs set in 2019-20 on a @MaineIceHockey team that included Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman. #WednesdayWisdom x @BCBSRI
