Trying this... @BCBSRI can you explain why my premium has gone up >25% in 2025, and no human will pick up your support line to answer basic questions about this?

@BCBSRI Be careful when BC/BS changes your Member ID's, you might not get your pharamacy benefots anymore just as I am struggling with, it can be a life or death situation, I am not sure if they care?

I've been on the phone with @BCBSRI for over an hour. So far they've kept me on hold for 45 minutes while answering 1 question, still waiting on the second question- What is the cost of a very specific plan? Do you accept credit card and is there a fee for CC? This is criminal

I'm pretty sure that an MRI is a diagnostic tool to find what is causing pain from an injury. @BCBSRI said I need treatment for the injury before I can get an MRI. Cool, treatment for what? What is the diagnosis? Health insurance is such a scam.

My @BCBSRI just denied me an MRI… I fell down a flight of stairs. Waited 2 months before I couldn’t walk… saw a Dr… (a specialist referral from my PCP) they order an MRI and gave me steroids… NOW this Neurologist in Boca Raton… decided I don’t need an MRI… WHAT THE FUCK!?!
