BREAKING: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an injunction blocking enforcement of California’s new law that requires ICE agents to unmask and wear visible ID, arguing it violates the Supremacy Clause because it “attempts to directly regulate the United States in its performance of
governmental functions.”
California is enjoined from enforcing the law, pending appeal. Big win for the Trump administration & U.S. DOJ.

Quick Tesla FSD update for Belgium & Europe: The Belgian Minister of Mobility confirmed again yesterday that he has no direct authority on the matter. Responsibility lies with the regions, but so far the competent regional authorities have still not given any clear answers or timeline. It’s becoming almost comical: the Federal Agency for Mobility and Transport says it’s not their responsibility… and the regional bodies seem equally clueless. On a brighter note: the May 5th discussion about FSD (not the vote itself) has been extended from 20 to 60 minutes. 🇪🇺 Progress, even if slow.

@USA_Sentry @chriswithans What is smart is that you can get you ballot off early, you can do it at home or work, and you don't have to go out if your way, find a parking spot or pay a parking fee in order to cast your ballot. It frees up your time to do other things as you cast your vote.

Our last, best hope: the Supreme Court of Virginia.
This map clearly violates the Commonwealth’s constitution and the promise of fair representation. It takes a competitive, closely divided state and rigs it into a predetermined outcome.
Is it likely the Court steps in? No.
But the violation is obvious—and the door isn’t completely closed.

Wel interessant dat mensen dit zo ervaren. Ik heb al zolang ik auto rijd het tegenovergestelde: weinig geeft me zo veel rust als een beetje sturen. Spanning verdwijnt er juist door. Het idee dat de auto het vóór me zou doen, maakt voor mij dat de auto geen auto meer zou zijn.

I never realized how much stress driving added to my life until I started letting Tesla FSD handle most of it. Now it does over 90% of my driving, and I've never felt more relaxed behind the wheel. My cortisol levels probably appreciate it too. Anyone else noticing the same thing?
