This will be international. The first production copy will be up within the month after a little more internal testing for UI/UX. Might exclude a few regions at first, but shouldn't be a problem to add them as we progress. We'll obviously be looking for feedback and have no problem implementing what users want or need. Planned: - Directions - Conferences (locations / attending companies) - Site visit and conference notes / sharing - Verified Co profiles - Filtering by Industry, Fundamentals (ratios, etc), cap, and more.

#InfoArb alert, earlier today, from Geoinvesting premium: 🚨 $DUOT names $TSSI as an M&A target in their latest 2026 investor deck. Is this connecting the dots on partnerships and JV commentary on yesterday’s Q4 TSSI earnings call?  On their Q4 earnings call this week, $TSSI's CEO said they're evaluating "partnerships, selective acquisitions, and potential JVs" to diversify revenue and further expand into the AI infrastructure ecosystem. $TSSI’s CEO even mentioned:  “We expect to share more about this plan soon and how the capital we raised will support the long-term value creation.” $DUOT builds modular edge data centers and just raised $65M and signed a non-binding ~$200M GPU-as-a-Service LOI.  Join Geoinvesting today (link in bio) Thank you geo sub, @badtrader22156, for the initial information. Additionally, $DUOT named $TSSI by ticker as an M&A target in their February 2026 investor deck. See image  Even though we have no opinion on $DUOT, we surmise that management's point of view would be that TSSI fills a need for $DUOT, in that $DUOT could use a technology integration partner. $TSSI could potentially benefit from $DUOT's sales efforts, which has landed some large contracts. They appear to both be aligned in their modular data center focus, but in different areas. So, there could be some cross-focus opportunities, especially since DUOS wants to expand beyond tier 3/4 markets, into markets that TSSI currently targets. More DD needed, but very interesting.

Nice #infoarb on $ACFN Q4 call about ASP of new remote monitoring offering being 5 to 6x current one. “We expect to have our 1st demo unit installed by end of the month with a large existing telecom client.” Assuming client is the one who gave them their last big contract.

We’re building a Live Headlines feature in our @InfoArbMonitor app to flag information arbitrage in real time. Currently testing behind the scenes, and it's already showing results. Yesterday, $FTEK's conference call spilled more tea on data center contracts - how many vendors, timeline. Conversely, the PR just talked about the size of the pipeline. Clear #InfoArb. Don't miss this automated feature and related alerts when it launches! app.microcapresearch.com

We've gotten questions about #Tablock in the @InfoArbMonitor app that is about to blow your mind with new transformational features. This one's simple, but imo needed to see if you should be immediately serious about going further down the research rabbit hole of a stock!

Data centers still need ambient chillers. The sell off is unwarranted. $TGEN just posted this on LinkedIn: “With the recent buzz about Nvidia’s Vera Rubin chips able to run so hot that they can avoid chillers completely, let’s not forget the following: ❄️ Even with direct-to-chip liquid cooling, the data halls and the rest of the IT equipment still need to be cooled, CRAH units (that rely on chillers) and CRAC units will still be needed to keep these data centers cool. Other chiller loads include turbine cooling for data center power plants. 🍟 Blackwell chips (the previous generation of NVIDIA chip) can also run at >40C water temperatures, but most data centers using Blackwell chips still design around 25C to 30C water temperatures because of the other trade offs in the data center design. For example, a chiller uses a lot less space compared to a chiller-less data center. 🥵 Given that outside air temperatures reach over 40C in southern markets, although chillers might only run for short periods of time, data centers would be taking a massive risk by not having any chillers if the ambient temperature soars.   This is why Tecogen Inc.’s dual power source chiller is so important. As the mechanical cooling equipment is needed for less of the year, the electrical power allocated to these chillers is even more wasteful. Switching these loads to natural gas means that a data center can use all this power for IT.   Let us help you put that electricity to work: sales@tecogen.com” linkedin.com/posts/tecogen_…

Market is being a bit myopic on Jensen Huang of $NVDA shaking things up little on comments that new chips can run hot. $TGEN taking a hit, but it's unwarranted and foolish to think that major chilling solutions won't be needed for various reasons. linkedin.com/feed/update/ur…

after all said and done, my main acct beat the NASDAQ by a measly 1.4% in 2025. my GM skills were almost as bad as those in fantasy football (Don't EVER sit your starters!). That said, 2026 is looking up already. Happy New Year

@RTelford_invest Makes sense given your expertise. Electronic = mostly quantitative, robot-like. Perfect pitch and Predictable. Why your models work. Rock = emotion. Very variable, sometimes off-tune and odd-beat. That’s why I suck at investing.

As much as I love hard rock 🎸🥁most newer music doesn’t seem to interest me, and find myself listening to electronic mostly. But - Portugal. The Man’s new album “Shish” is incredible. Hard, well produced, very fresh sounding (and they take some risks, some work, others not so much IMO). Worth a listen if you’re looking for something loud!

Excerpt from 👉 Investment Process: Don’t Let Regret or Hope Dictate Your Investment Decisions👇 “Over the past couple weeks, I’ve been reflecting on some of stocks that pulled back… the ones I had trimmed on their way up before they fell. Of course, now I’m thinking I should’ve trimmed a little more at the highs, but still pissed like they owed me money. I suspect some of you are feeling the same. But who are we kidding? Let’s not bullshit ourselves, some of those stocks deserved to come down. We knew it. We just didn’t want to admit it, that we just sold enough to make us feel good and justify a reason to stick around for FOMO vs. rational reasons. But, there is good news. Pullbacks always feel like punishment, but they’re not. They’re a reset. They slap you in the face and force you to ask the question you’ve been avoiding: Am I holding something real… or am I just hoping? Am I too “diversified” with low conviction stocks? It reminds me of that movie Sliding Doors with Gwyneth Paltrow, where the whole thing hinges on whether she catches a train or misses it. Two completely different outcomes from one tiny moment. Corrections are the same way. One decision, to let go or hang on, and suddenly you’re living in two alternate universes. Universe A: you swallow your pride, trim the junk, tighten your discipline and move more into quality. Universe B: you keep telling yourself stories, get jealous of the people who sold, and sit there doom-scrolling your portfolio like it owes you an apology. Here’s the part we can realize after the fact. You’ll be shocked how fast you can make back your old highs if you just let go of the dead weight. The market pays you back way faster when you rotate into undervalued, high-quality stuff with actual catalysts, actual operating leverage, and actual management teams you trust, as compared to hope. And trust me, I’ve been down this road many times in over three decades of investing. I still remember my first major blow-up…. mscliffnotes.substack.com/p/investment-p…
