@_MarkRussell_ @trekonlinegame That's why I suggested a large cost. That way it would still be a sink and one where players are more likely to save for the larger amount for more shields. As someone with 59 toons on just my main, I'd go for the larger amount, otherwise I'll keep it for fleet holdings!
