Alexis Joseph vs Landon DuPont will be a fun conversation for the 1st overall pick 2027 NHL Draft. It's very early and anything can happen, but Joseph is a 6'5 Center with 24G 36A 60P in 54GP in the Q at 16 years old. He has the size, the hands, Hockey IQ, shot to be an elite player in the NHL for a long time. He averages 3:15 min on the PP and 1:42 min on the PK, he is over 50% on his Faceoffs.

Finished watching Poilievre on JRE. I was wrong. He did well. Not only did he do well, I wonder how Rogan now thinks about Canada, insofar as PP’s respect for Carney, and how it’s so wildly different than the American political landscape. I suspect it will bode well for PP.

Covered the PWHL Takeover Tour, featuring OTT and MTL, this weekend and it was a blast. The league brings a special energy and the excitement inside the rink was truly cool to see. I don't know what the future holds, but I think a PWHL club in Winnipeg would be an absolute hit.

Another horrendous PP for the #NHLJets. The same vanilla entry every time. Teams are well prepared for this slow and unimaginative strategy. Stood up at the line, no one retrieves puck chipped low, rinse and repeat.
