ORF Zwangsgebühr - ein Klassiker Nach langem hin und her hab ich Anfang Oktober doch als GmbH meinen Rundfunkbeitrag für 2024 einbezahlt (weil ich für ein paar Monate TZ Angestellt hatte) - ok Ich zahle ein, was passiert: die ORF Karte meiner Frau geht nicht mehr! Gestern hab ich eine Mail bekommen, dass nun für die Adresse zu Hause eben auf die GmbH umgeschrieben wird und meine Frau innerhalb von 56 Tagen (ja, steht wirklich so drinnen) ihre zuviel bezahlten Gebühren zurückerhalten wird. "Die private Meldung wurde mit Beitragsnummer xyz mit 31.12.2023 beendet." Soweit so gut... meine Firma hat zwar 2025 keine MA mehr - aber somit ist der GIS Aufwand in der GmbH und nicht bei Privatperson. Das Problem: wir können seit meiner Einzahlung 6.10.2025 kein ORF Programm mehr empfangen - seit gestern auch klar, weil ja die private Beitragsnummer beendet. Ok, dass sollte sich ja schnell klären lassen - denkste! Anruf bei ORF-Beitrags Service - die haben mich wegen der ORF Karte/technischer Empfang auf deren Service Nummer verwiesen: 0800-700600 - dort sollte man technisch die Fernsehkarte eben auf Business umstellen. Tja, seit ca. 10:45 versuche ich dort anzurufen - aber eine freundliche Tonbandstimme sagt mir: aktuell viel zu viel los - versuchen sie es später wieder... Ok - ich lass die 21 Versuche heute mal so stehen und werde mein Glück am Montag wieder versuchen! Oder hat jemand eine andere Idee? Möglicherweise auch ein Grund, warum in den Firmen soviele Rechtsanwälte beschäftigt werden. Ok - ist ein Fehler passiert - bitte um Strafe. Aber gleich von 1,5 auf 70 Millionen? Es soll eine abschreckende Wirkung erzielen sagt die Wettbewerbsbehörde! Wie groß ist diese eine Filiale in % der gesamten Fläche von REWE Österreich? Hätte man ev. berücksichtigen müssen. Kunde ist hier auf jeden Fall keiner zu Schaden gekommen bzw. übervorteilt worden. Wird dann mein nächster Strafzettel für Falschparken oder Schnellfahren auch vom Einkommen berechnet?
