@DonEford Are you still recommending to restart the primary series if one has had one NOVAVAX shot already last December? I wasn’t able to complete the primary series then.

I'm hearing of more people having fewer issues getting their 2nd Novavax to complete a priming series this year. That's such a nice change from last year. It's frustrating because everything else seems like it's just completely coming apart except the issues our team is working on. You'd think that would feel more like success but watching everything else come apart is not a good feeling. It's almost worse in a way because it proves we can succeed... But we just aren't.

4x vax and I haven’t been this sick before. Body aches, sore throat, extreme exhaustion. You don’t want this. Add a sick kid into the mix & I feel like crying. Thank you to the a** hat Ford Government that could have left the bare minimum of protections to keep cases lower.

@LauraMiers Have you considered an outdoor school or learning center where kids construct their own curriculum with guidance but still interact with other kids?

I have to decide whether to send my kids back to school. I have an 8th grader who has never been inside a middle school. We got reinfected despite isolating. Our district has NO public health measures in place. It feels like courting premature death.

Community prevalence is dropping as predicted, and enough time has elapsed for a wave to pass through a class. These kids now have risk profiles similar to healthcare workers - manageable with PPE. Communal indoor lunch is now the main risk; soon that will diminish too. 2/2

Asked by many when my kids will be back in school. I had previously called for a delay to Jan 24. My older one (Gr 8) went back last week, with N95 masking + coming home for lunch. My younger one is back as of today, same conditions. Why now? 1/2
