Delusional disorder is a psychosis where the subject has unshakable belief in something untrue. Trump, however, does NOT have delusional disorder, because he knows at some level that his lies are lies. His disorder - malignant narcissism - is far worse and way more dangerous. He cannot see past himself, does not see others as flesh and blood equals, and thus feels entitled to lie because HE is all that matters.
