I am heartbroken by the abduction of our daughters in Kebbi and the painful loss of Brigadier General Musa Uba and the brave soldiers who fell in Borno. Their families, and the families of the kidnapped schoolgirls, are in my prayers.
As the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I am depressed with the tragic death of our soldiers and officers on active duty. May God comfort the families of Brigadier General Musa Uba and other fallen heroes.
I am also depressed that heartless terrorists have disrupted the education of innocent schoolgirls. I have directed the security agencies to act swiftly and bring the girls back to Kebbi State.
I am fully apprised of the recent uptick in violent extremism in pockets across the country, and I have directed our security agencies to respond with urgency, clarity, and decisive action. Our forces need the full cooperation of every community. Sharing information can save lives and protect our children.
May God comfort the bereaved families.
Those who threaten the safety of our citizens will face the full weight of the Nigerian state.

You seize the goods from Igbos, then deliver them to terrorists in the bush.

@officialABAT A SOVEREIGN NATION that can’t boast of 24/7 power supply in 2025 is nothing but a SUFFERING NATION.

Nigeria stands firmly as a democracy governed by constitutional guarantees of religious liberty.
Since 2023, our administration has maintained an open and active engagement with Christian and Muslim leaders alike and continues to address security challenges which affect citizens across faiths and regions.
The characterisation of Nigeria as religiously intolerant does not reflect our national reality, nor does it take into consideration the consistent and sincere efforts of the government to safeguard freedom of religion and beliefs for all Nigerians.
Religious freedom and tolerance have been a core tenet of our collective identity and shall always remain so. Nigeria opposes religious persecution and does not encourage it.
Nigeria is a country with constitutional guarantees to protect citizens of all faiths.
Our administration is committed to working with the United States government and the international community to deepen understanding and cooperation on protection of communities of all faiths.
BOLA AHMED TINUBU
PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA

@officialABAT @asovilladigital We foundly want peace up north and the east our brothers and sisters are being murdered like the benue crisis just to mention a few! Peace can only be achieved when our defence system is secured! Our military forces eliminating terrorist in our national soil

On this 65th Anniversary of our Independence, my message is hope and a call to action. The federal government will continue to do its part to fix the plumbing in our economy.
Now, we must all turn on the taps of productivity, innovation, and enterprise, just like the Ministry of Interior has done with our travel passports, by quickening the processing.
In this regard, I urge the sub-national entities to join us in nation-building. Let us be a nation of producers, not just consumers. Let us farm our land and build factories to process our produce. Let us patronise ‘Made-in-Nigeria’ goods. I say Nigeria first. Let us pay our taxes.
Finally, let all hands be on deck. Let us believe, once more, in the boundless potential of our great nation.
With Almighty God on our side, I can assure you that the dawn of a new, prosperous, self-reliant Nigeria is here.
Happy 65th Independence Anniversary, and may God continue to bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

@officialABAT @asovilladigital & why early campaign in 2025, if your leadership is doing the right thing you don't need a campaign for 2027! Your leadership has been a gross failure as nothing is working for the common man. Is this this blueprint you have for our dear nation.
English

@officialABAT @asovilladigital top men and politicians are immune to the law, as our judicial system is compromised.
As a concerned citizen today, as we continue to celebrate this charade called National independence, I am askin our President Bola Ahmed Tinubu a simple question of promises unkept Electricity
English

@officialABAT @asovilladigital as our leaders are grossly irresponsible and corrupt, as up north and east is threatened with heightened security challenges, as good food is a luxury for the common man, as good school is a luxury, as good health care service is a luxury, as electricity is also a luxury
English

@officialABAT @asovilladigital As we continue to clamp down the charade of national independence, my question is simple: Is Nigeria worth celebrating as we are still in the grasp of our colonial master,Slave & master as our leaders are grossly irresponsible and corrupt, security & social amenities challenges
English

@Nonso005 @NigeriaStories They will guess by asking some suspected passengers to step down from the vehicle as they locally operate within Agbara badagry axis. Who do us for this country abeg?
English

@NigeriaStories Does the agency have data on the immigrants in the country, how do they track the influx of people from our porous boarders, who eventually claim to be Nigerians? Anyways, a journey of a thousand miles, they say, begins with a step; so kudos to them
English

@NigeriaStories Laughable is this supposed to be a News flash light! Do Nigerians over stay in any country of the world before being deported. Do the right thing and let Nigerian passport have some respect and weight. This news in not necessary.
