Alex Taylor Fontenot, 27, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, was federally indicted on February 4, 2026, on one count of making threats in interstate commerce. The indictment stems from a video Fontenot allegedly posted to Instagram in which she threatened to kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. In the video, Fontenot allegedly warned that if ICE agents entered her home, they would be "leaving in a body bag" and "dropped like flies".
