So wouldn’t wish to comment on them. Market rent is market rent, if what Lexadon are proposing is market rent, then there is no argument to be had, I’m afraid.

Disappointed to receive a response from @LexadonProperty which failed to acknowledge the importance of grassroots music spaces like @BrxtnHillStudio.
They are placing this venue's future at risk.

If they are charging more than market rent then it is a different issue.@LexadonProperty

Market rent is market rent for a reason, have you thought about interest rates, build costs, maintenance costs??

I have no affiliation to Lexadon but you’re missing the bigger picture here, if businesses like Lexadon can’t charge market rent then they cannot survive and thrive.
