I am a trainee. I am exhausted and continuously stressed. This whole system needs to be restructured. This is why/how the NHS ends up with burned out clinicians. #dclinpsy

@fura410 Exactly! The same applies to transferring annual leave that has not been taken to next year and the rigidity around that which never works when you have to travel abroad and visit family; which is a solid need to get through training 😒

@Migration_DClin Absolutely agree the system does not support migrants it reminds me for example of how difficult the Dclin makes it to take annual leave and doesn’t care if you need to travel to see family etc. it just adds to the exhaustion
