@JessRascal @SparklesJohnny I, too, have been facing this very challenge in B2B enterprise SW market. It is really challenging to get talking to users. Not sure why's that... I guess it is emphasized in highly regulated industries.

@SparklesJohnny Great thread, it’s the 1st time I’ve seen someone talking about this transition. We are currently going through the same. I’m trying to figure out how I can get “permission” from the buyers to request feedback from the users. Any tips on approaches for getting user feedback?
