@UmemeLtd Thanks but still my math ain't adding up either. 10,000-3360[service fee]=6640 15[first unit]×250=3750 6640-3750=2890 2890÷805=3.5900 15[first units] Plus 3.5900 would be 18.5900. How come I got 16.7 kwh only.

@MikayiriPro Dear customer, kindly note that for the first purchase made in a month, after deducting off service fee of 3360 and vat, the first 15 units are charged at 250shs each, then the rest at 805 shs each , hence the difference in units. /CM

@UmemeLtd Please reconsider or revise this. It feels more like we're being cheated than being offered services. 16.7 Units at 10k and then 15.7 Units at 15k in the same month. This just doesn't make any sense. Or please help me make it make sense.

@UmemeLtd Actually, both payments were made in the same month some no monthly tax charge had accumulated yet. I find your unit prices varying from time to time and dates to dates. How, and why so??? If a standard charge per unit applies then this shouldn't be anything of a sort.

#PRESSRELEASE | Mubende Police Recovers Abducted 3-Month-Old Baby Boy The territorial police in Mubende have successfully recovered a 3-month-old baby boy who had allegedly been kidnapped. The victim, (Name withheld), is the son of Magezi Aaron and Nakityo Rose, residents of Kikona Cell, Kirungi Ward, South Division in Mubende Municipality, Mubende District. According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred on 23rd July 2023, around 1030hrs when Nakityo Rose, the mother of the victim, briefly left her child alone in the house to fetch water from the stream. Upon her return, she discovered that her child was missing. She immediately contacted her husband, who had gone to work, and together, they searched for their child to no avail. Upon receiving the information, our task team initiated a search for the missing child. All surrounding houses were thoroughly searched, but there was no sign of the baby. Valuable information from children playing nearby led us to a person seen carrying a child while wearing a cap. Following this lead, our officers traced the same route and discovered the abandoned child in the bushes near Nakatogo Vadesi's shrine, approximately 200 meters away. Thankfully, the child was found alive. As part of our ongoing investigation, we have apprehended four suspects to assist in the case, and our efforts to identify and apprehend any additional suspects continue. We strongly denounce this act of kidnapping and urge parents and guardians to be vigilant, refraining from leaving their children unattended. The safety and protection of our children are of utmost importance.
