The Israelis need to stop this PR campaign to scare people into supporting the war. There is enough going on now (see Joe Kent media tour that has a huge following and is growing daily) where they’re in huge trouble re domestic US sentiment. Fear mongering about Iran hitting Europe with ballistic missiles that no intel agency anywhere will back up is going to be wildly counterproductive.

🚨BREAKING: Hasan Piker admits that while on a “humanitarian” trip in Cuba, he and his comrades are living “la vida loca.”
Piker, who presents himself as trying to help Cubans, is making thousands of dollars from streaming from his 5-star hotel room and doing off-stream interviews for his YouTube channel, while also going out in Havana with Kneecap, drinking at local bars, and giving money to Cubans he encounters.
So far, it doesn’t appear Piker is doing much “socialism” work. Instead, he seems to be redistributing the money he’s made through capitalism.

The FAA defines how much a passenger & their carry-on bags weigh as a standard average for weight & balance calculations.
If I recall correctly, it’s 190 lbs in the summer & 195 lbs in the winter.
Let’s say 140 passengers. 140 x 190 =26,600. In their press release, they crow about delivering 6,000 lbs of aid.
If they had just chartered a cargo jet & stayed home, they could have delivered more than 4x the cargo. The aid makes up less than a quarter of what the jet they chartered can carry, after fuel.
These people are stupid & unserious, but I’m sure the Instagram posts of their vacation on donor’s money will get lots of likes.

According to the report, one missile failed in flight whilst the other was engaged by a U.S. destroyer utilizing an SM-3 interceptor, but a successful interception was not confirmed. None of the missiles hit the base. This is notable as Iranian long-range precision fires have not previously been publicly assessed as having the range to hit such a target as Diego Garcia, as the base is some 4,000 kilometers from Iran proper.

I’m on my way to Cuba for an emergency 3-day visit.
I’ll be delivering medical aid to a children’s cancer hospital and joining an international delegation of MPs opposed to Trump’s new ban on any fuel entering the country.
This cruel policy is putting lives at risk. It is an inhumane attempt to strangle the Cuban people. And Trump is even threatening that Cuba could be “next” after Iran.
