Unfortunately all my images of this male RFF either catching or with food [mostly emperor moths] were just to soft. But who cares, i always feel that seeing RFF in the UK is a privilege.

Honey Buzzard-adult male, barred morph-summer 2025, a new bird in the system for me, which was nice, not the brightest or contrasting of barred males but a smart individual but annoyingly could go unseen for days on end at times, which brings the season to a close for me.

Honey Buzzard-ad female-Summer 2025, This individual totally threw me out this year as I believed this to be an ad male dark morph at the start as I have never seen such a solid dark, unbarred, clean & contrasting looking female in the UK before but even so a stunner all the same
