@kaylapop_ @cd_hooks The US relies on Britain’s foreign posts to control parts of the world that they couldn’t possibly do without. Our countries are very interlinked militarily. The US aren’t openly supportive of the Falklands but you can be sure as hell their navy and subs use it as a base.

@stoolpresidente Dave, you can’t have a draw in knockouts. They brought in penalties because extra time used to go on and on forever, both teams too afraid to attack and get exposed. They tried ‘golden goal’ too. No winner after 120mins means penalties, high drama!!

The Falkland Islands are literally the only place where the indigenous population is British. The British aren’t even indigenous to the British Isles but the falklands were completely uninhabited before the British settled there. So no, they shouldn’t be Argentinian.
