@JoeKASMRadio @maxarmstrong KASM has a great history of serving its listeners. I always enjoyed my visits with them over the years. Joe does a great job of continuing that tradition! Congratulations Joe!

Nice to see good guys getting good ink. @JoeKASMRadio “Is a gem,” if they had quoted @maxarmstrong

In the 2+ weeks since the Micah Parsons trade, the #Cowboys have gotten two major deals on the agenda done ahead of next offseason in CB DaRon Bland and LG Tyler Smith.
Now, just one major contract looms next offseason: WR George Pickens.

English

@Cowboys_FanTalk Next moves should be to extend Tyler Smith, Aubrey and Bland. We have the cap space now.

@SJ_TomBrand I encourage you to get a copy of Tom's book. Great stories of faith, family and farm. Especially if you ever lived or worked on a farm or lived in rural America, you'll easily relate to Tom's experiences and think you grew up in the same place!

Father’s Day is Sunday.
You could get him a tie.
Or you could get him a book called

Solid laughs. No helpful parenting advice.
Just the way he likes it.

@2TArkMo @morrisonmkts Not necessarily. Just glad someone is shining a light on where our money is being spent.
English

@morrisonmkts Unfortunately Congress seems to be the source of a lot of problems.
English

@MikeAdamsAg Congressional Research Service (CSR) has a paper dated January 6, 2025 on USAID worth reading.
English

@morrisonmkts Wasn't USAID created by executive order? I agree Musk shouldn't have the power to close an agency but should be able to investigate and recommend action by the President.
English

@MikeAdamsAg biggest threat I see is the process. Relying on Musk to determine what's wasteful and the agencies that should be gutted/closed is both unlawful and in most cases usurping the role of Congress.

@Ron_on_RON @maxarmstrong @clintwfischer I really enjoyed doing Open Line shows on AgriTalk. Back then most stations carried the show" live". As stations started airing the program at various times of the day it took away the audience being able to call in as they heard the show.
English

The early days of Agri-Talk with Ken Root and then Mike Adams captured a lot of that- not every day- not every topic- but they had their moments-
A good farm broadcaster is worth their weight in gold- that's a guy or gal who ask questions of those they interview that matter to their audience- Max and Orion definitely come to mind who fit that criteria

"Long time/first time"
I rarely listen to talk radio anymore, opting instead for podcasts.
But I miss the "open phone lines" call-in aspect of old talk radio.
Guest interviews are fine, but hearing listener Q's being given a radio answer is often more relatable.
Hear me out:
A call-in show for ag questions.
- could listen live
- could be recorded for streaming
Think Rush Limbaugh or Dave Ramsey for agriculture.
Maybe this already exists & I haven't found it...
Would you tune in?
Would you call in?
