Jan 12th I did a cooking competition our Random ingredients Were Pork, Lentils, Cauliflower and Oranges. The picture is my creation. Pork Belly Cinnamon rolls with orange zest, Lentil Tacos, Steamed Cauliflower and Cauliflower mash. With an Orange Julius inspired cocktail.
