Done with @Ford Three dealerships today. All 90+ minutes from my client. Not one will give numbers over the phone. Yelling at me and consistently paranoid I'm cross shopping them. I'm not, I just need a Raptor at MSRP, which is a perfectly reasonable bid in this market. My client is a buyer immediately. This isn't a one-off. Every single Ford deal I've touched has been a disaster. Missing accessories, wrong builds, last-minute changes, improperly delivered vehicles. No other brand comes close to this level of consistent disorganization. @jacecraftmiller I may just need you on retainer at this point. If you're a GM at a Ford store who actually runs a tight operation, my DMs are open. I have clients ready to buy. I just need a partner who can handle basic communication, math, and common courtesy. Until then, I need an Avalanche Grey Raptor (non-37") with a Moonroof delivered to Charlotte.

One of our executive transfers to the World Cup this year. Plane to Miami, chopper from the yacht to the closest pad, police escort to the stadium. You probably don't know anyone THIS cool. Bitlux gets it done.

I'm torn. On my website & GBP, should I post more before / after pictures or just the finished product pictures?

Controversial take: Negotiating your own car only makes sense if you’re making less than $100k/year. To do it right, you need to master 4 things. Here’s what they are (& the step-by-step process that will save you a fortune):

One call + 15-minute FaceTime = Clients Mercedes GLS No dealership visit. No back-and-forth financing games. No "let me check with my manager." Just $7,000 saved and a car she loved more than the one she called about. Busy executives don't need to become car experts overnight or spend a Saturday negotiating add-ons. They need someone who already knows what matters. That's why I exist.

@MikeCalcara The income cutoff is the shaky part. A few hours to save $3-4k pays off no matter what you make. The math doesn't flip just because your salary went up.

Things worth considering before any car deal: • they want the monthly payment before they'll talk price • you haven't been pre-approved • your trade-in and the new car are one conversation instead of two • they won't show you the invoice price • add-ons already installed before you asked for them • a warranty price with nothing to compare it to • a "no-haggle" price that's still above market • the financing offer changes once you mention your own bank • pressure to sign today None of this is an accident.

Hot take: The 1-2 year old used car isn't always the best option everyone assumes it is. A 2-year-old car with 25k miles might only be $6,000 cheaper than new. But you've lost 2 years of warranty, you're financing at a higher used-car rate, and you have no idea how hard the previous owner drove it. Meanwhile the new one usually comes with $4,000 in manufacturer incentives, a full factory warranty, a lower rate, and the option to lease. This math made sense in 2015. It doesn't always anymore. You're giving up a lot to save a little.

If you bought new, ask yourself what reasons would you trade a vehicle in immediately following your purchase, and eat the most expensive part of the depreciation curve? Surprise kid? A year in? unlikely Totally misjudged the usecase for your family? An EV maybe...what else? Electrical bugs or problems that just dont seem to be resolved with multiple dealer trips?....its becoming a PITA? hmmm

@MikeCalcara Depends on the car? Someone buying a rav4 the invoice price doesn’t matter as the starting price is definitely the msrp!? Due to demand

@MikeCalcara Math isn’t mathing. With today’s prices, your typical $50K car is going to lose $8K the moment you drive off the lot. And that warranty will cost more than what it’s worth because they’ll deny your claim, stating the repair was due to neglect.

You can believe the Iranian regime is abhorrent, completely disagree with the current strategy and vocalize that disagreement, fully support the troops in harms way, and still be a Patriotic American. If you think you have to toe the party line to be considered patriotic, then you don’t understand America.
