@drwilliamli Precision nutrition is the future. By focusing on the medicinal properties of what we eat, we address the root causes of disease rather than just managing the symptoms later. Vitality starts with science-backed choices!

@DrSebiSeaMoss Nutrition is the most powerful intervention we have. Requiring doctors to study the medicinal properties of whole foods and healthy fats will save more lives than any late-stage intervention. Vitality starts with education!

RFK Jr. has made a bold move to require doctors to study nutrition, urging the healthcare system to treat food as medicine rather than an afterthought. This shift could transform healthcare by emphasizing the role of nutrition in preventing and treating illness. Supporting this initiative could lead to better health outcomes for everyone. What do you think about this change in the healthcare system? 🍅🥦

@ValerieAnne1970 It’s time to look at the plate before the pill bottle. Shifting to a diet of whole foods and natural oils can do what a prescription often can't: address the root cause of inflammation in the brain. Vitality starts in the kitchen

RFK Jr. exposes the truth that could bankrupt the antidepressant industry. “There are studies out of Stanford & Harvard that show mental illness, including anxiety & depression, are related to food…Food is medicine.” Changing your diet will save your life...

@drmarkhyman Spot on. When we treat food as medicine, we stop just managing symptoms and start addressing the source. We can’t medicate our way out of a poor food system; we have to nourish our way into a healthier nation.

We must fix the food system and create a healthier nation. It makes more sense to address the root cause of chronic disease and prevent healthcare interventions in the first place than to try and fix them after the fact. In fact, cheap food turns out to be very, very expensive. Chronic disease is costly. And kills millions. But that is only a small part of the total cost driven by our food system. Chronic disease is just one spoke in the wheel among many consequences of our current food system. Add to these costs the real cost of the environment, economy, climate, social justice issues, poverty, education, national security, and more, and this number grows dramatically.

Roasting nuts boosts flavor but risks oxidation. Heat exposes oils and alters structure, causing faster rancidity. To keep them fresh: store in airtight containers, keep away from light/heat, buy small batches & refrigerate. Protect those healthy fats by staying cool and sealed.

Ochratoxin A depleted L. reuteri in vitro, in companion with lactobacillus & bifidobacteria, a shift often seen in people with long term immune issues Though effectiveness is up to debate, homemade lacto-ferments of L. reuteri (& other beneficial microbes) yoghurt was an intervention that I noticed quickly and supported overall gut function in my case I would highly recommend trying it, over just taking probiotic pills

Single-clove (pearl) garlic is a unique form of that grows as one solid bulb instead of multiple cloves—often resembling a small onion. Easier to peel, milder in taste, and commonly used in pickles & traditional medicine. #FoodFacts #FoodReview #foodporn

@RobertKennedyJc Spot on. If food is medicine, then industrial seed oils are a faulty ingredient. Swapping to stable fats like tallow or butter provides the clean fuel our bodies actually recognize. Quality nutrition plus movement is the ultimate biological partnership.

SEED OILS = POISON🚨 Since 1970s Big Food swapped tallow for canola/soy oils in fries & snacks. Omega-6 intake exploded, fueling obesity & heart disease & diabetes! Ditch them! Cook with quality tallow/butter/olive oil. Food is medicine! Have you switched? MAHA

@_AshleyRichmond Structure is the root of health. Going to bed slightly hungry isn't a problem, it's a metabolic win. It clears the path for better sleep and stable blood sugar. Stop looking for fake fixes and start respecting your body's natural clock. 🕒✨

One of the simplest fat loss habits: Stop eating 3–4 hours before bed. It improves: • Digestion • Sleep quality • Blood sugar control And removes the late-night decisions that usually go wrong. Going to bed slightly hungry isn’t a problem. It’s often a sign your day was structured well.

@Longevity_EDU Mitochondria are the roots of our health. If our cells can't produce energy, our bodies can't heal. Treating food as medicine means replenishing what age and prescriptions take away. Prioritize organ meats and heart-healthy fats to keep your cellular "engine" running.

CoQ10 is the single most important nutrient for your heart and energy levels. Without it, your cells literally cannot produce the energy they need. But it declines with age and Statins deplete it even more. Here are all its benefits (and how to get enough)::🧵
