@realwifiwillie I think it’s more of a gamble to think that we will get a QB that better suits Kubiak’s system next year than to get get that QB in Mendoza. What happens at the end of the season is not guaranteed. Mendoza at #1 is. I believe Spytek will continue to make good decisions forward

2 things can be true 1. Geno Smith is, by far, the best quarterback on the Las Vegas Raiders’ roster 2. It may be time to sit Geno Smith.. for now It’s not a Geno vs AOC thing. It’s not a Geno vs Pickett thing. It’s a Geno vs Geno thing. This version of whatever Geno Smith is, and whatever mindset Geno Smith has right now, has to go. And never come back. The reality is, keeping him in these games is not forcing a change of mindset or play style. And that is not okay. Because while Geno Smith is far and away the best QB on the Raiders’ roster, this version of Geno Smith.. whatever this version is.. may be the worst quarterback in the entire National Football League. It has to change.

The coaching staff making Maxx lose weight this offseason has been a disaster. Hes getting bullied and doesnt have the same impact vs the run or pass like he used to. If he doesnt win with speed then he loses now. This coaching staff ruins everything they touch
