@XboxSupport I bought three 12 month subscriptions to xbox live but your system wont let me redeem all 3. What's the deal?

@EricMcDaddy_ @XboxSupport Try contacting xbox at 1800-4my-xbox since there is nothing on here that can be done. When sending in your xbox it states just to send in the xbox itself not anything else. Hopefully you can get em back!

@XboxSupport I sent in my Xbox One X to get it repaired with everything. And they only sent my Xbox back.. I need my wires and controller to use my Xbox lol

@MoL42 @Xbox @XboxSupport Make sure to report them. Without that then Microsoft can not deal with the issue. Click the report button, select inappropriate message and go from there. Also remember to block them.
