He calls it an “artificial cloud wall.” And here’s where it gets darker… He says San Clemente was flagged as one of the first beaches to be federally monitored… Then suddenly: • Increased military activity offshore • Multiple warships spotted in the Pacific • Ongoing operations just beyond the visible horizon Now the ocean looks sealed off. Like something is sitting behind that wall and you’re not supposed to see it. Is this just weather… or something they don’t want you to see?

@MikeJRuggiero @HustleBitch_ The US has Cloud Control Programs to control the weather like bringing more rain etc. We have them in Fl but other states do too. HAARP (Auroral Research) in Alaska, DARPA and NASA have other programs. I used to work for a gov security contractor. No conspiracy at all.
