@bcherny Great idea, looking forward to driving! I find that as I am typing instructions the permissions prompt comes so quick and I accidentally chose something via keys. Option that you tab between typing context and permissions context but they do not conflict? (Claude for vscode)

A small quality of life detail: you can now press tab to add more instructions when accepting/rejecting a permission prompt. We tried probably a dozen iterations of this UX over the last few weeks before deciding to ship this one. Let us know what you think!

@SkyviaService I have had repeat issues with service outages simply due to: Billing problems. There's no email, call, text notifying us of billing problems, then eventually we realize the service is not working! Add notification preferences, and we are currently down! Help!
