🚨 FRUSTRATED AMERICAN AIRLINES PASSENGER SNAPS - HIJACKS AIRPORT INTERCOM A fed-up traveler waiting on an American Airlines flight from O’Hare International Airport to West Palm Beach finally snaps after hours of delays and zero answers. He picks up the airport intercom and announces to the entire terminal: “Third request for customer assistance.” “We’ve been here since 6:30 AM for an 8:30 flight that keeps getting delayed.” “Nobody is giving us answers!” When he puts the mic down, the other passengers applaud. No gate agents anywhere in sight. No updates for paying customers. No accountability whatsoever. One passenger says what everyone’s thinking and the crowd backs him. Why does it take public shaming for airlines to deliver basic customer service?

You know you won’t, that’s an overreaction. And we watched that FSU team get destroyed without their QB, too. However, it’s neither right nor fair to the teams to be disqualified or removed from contention due to their HC and OC leaving. Since they qualify, they have every right to play and should. But let’s not be upset if that team struggles or puts out a piss poor performance for not having their coaches. Pick a side and live with the outcome.

FSU got left out of the playoffs because their QB was hurt. Wonder if the committee would consider leaving out Ole Miss bc HC, and OC are both gone? If they do I will quit watching the sport.

@davidpollack47 Not the same David. FSU provided 2 data points with 2 games played without their starting QB. Ole Miss has zero. You can't assume they will fall off and penalize them without seeing it.
