I think we should (and will) be all over this. Can play across the front 3, excellent presser, probably one of the best players in the league at making runs off the shoulder and he is a Liverpool fan. If we can get him for 60/70m I think it would be a really good deal.

@scouse_allieLFC It doubtful for me. He was knackered, I think other teams relaxed knowing he'd gone and a relative unknown taking over and unless he'd signed anyone, it probably would have gone like precious seasons. I do think Slot is undervalued by a lot of the online 'fanbase'.

@liverpxxl9 It was always going to be a difficult season after losing a key player in such a shocking way so to finish 4th (which is def possible as Villa won't last the distance), and get an FA 1/4 and CL 1/4 is actually quite good under the circumstances.
