I believe @RepLuna should get with the Justice Department and file charges as well. The CIA has 𝙯𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 to raid or seize documents from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or any other federal agency, on U.S. soil. That kind of action normally requires the FBI or a court warrant. If true, this is a serious overreach and a direct violation of the National Security Act of 1947 (which strictly limits the CIA to foreign intelligence). The agents involved could face charges for exceeding statutory authority, conspiracy to defraud the United States, or obstruction of congressional oversight. Rep. Luna is right to issue the 24-hour demand and subpoena threat.

It is highly interesting that some of the seized documents related to the JFK assassination. President John F. Kennedy expressed a strong desire to "splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds" following the failed Bay of Pigs invasion in April 1961. Had he lived to accomplish this, the nation would not be in this current position.
