@AsdaServiceTeam I clearly stated that I will not put money on a card which is not yet in my name. I said this on the phone but was ignored. I have thrown away the card now.

@AsdaServiceTeam Also, experienced tremendous difficulty navigating your automated call answering over the weekend. Spoke to 0800 519 3333 today & was very disappointed with the woman's attitude & general ability to listen to what I said.

@AsdaServiceTeam I grabbed an Xmas savings card in store on Sat, & tried to register it before using it. Was told today by your CS that I must put money on first - & goes against your advice to register in case of loss or theft. I won't put money on a card that isn't in my name.

@RoyalMail I’ve just had a wasted day, waiting for a promised Tracked delivery, which Riyal Mail emailed me & texted me to expect between 10:15 & 14:15 today. Tracking number MB405901617GB. The DO is now closed so I can’t even begin to get in touch with anybody sensible. Disaster
