I rescued a bunch of grey tree frog (Dryophytes versicolor) eggs from my swimming pool and we hatched and are raising the tadpoles. They are now beginning to transform into tiny little tree frogs!

@JacobLevenson Do you know we recently started @EvergladesFruit ? Only one mango tree now, but more to come. There are great Mangoes in Florida from June to August, but most don”t make it out of the state. Imported mangoes are dipped in hot water before sale, which is not great.

Our longan trees were thinned today, long overdue. About half of the fruit is removed from the panicles such as this one. The temaining fruit grow much larger.

Big news! The wife and I purchased a tropical fruit farm in extreme south Florida. The property currently contains groves of #wampee (Clausena lansium) & #Longan. Our long term plan is to sustainably grow a variety of rare fruits and medicinal plants. Follow us @evergladesfruit.
