Let’s call it what it is, and league needs to look into it as well… Ravens saw Hendrickson still available and price probably came down a couple million and they reneged to keep their picks. They placed a player on layaway, stopped other teams from getting him, allowed teams to make moves because they didn’t get him, then took their layaway down payment back without buying the item. Dirty work.
