In case you were wondering - when charities are under so much pressure, it's good to know that this tax cut doesn't reduce #GiftAid. Now we just need to reform #GiftAid so ALL donations from #tax payers are included - including #HRT. @CharityTaxGroup @CIOFtweets

With tax cuts today, the amount of money for tax-effective giving is also reduced. We’ve had confirmation that there will be transitional relief: charities can continue to claim Gift Aid at 25p per £1 of eligible donation made between 6th April 2023 - 5th April 2027

And then how would that reflect on the new joiner? Not trying to challenge - just to understand how could work in practice

@MikeWadeUK @sallyhoughton20 @RosieOldham8 Great question. We don't have that profile currently, but there are those with elder care and other care responsibilities. Plan is to have 1) Rotate town/city in-person meeting is (Staff WFH all over UK) and financial provisions to cover extra care costs.

@sallyhoughton20 @RosieOldham8 Same with my new work! The monthly meetings (2 days 1 night) + are really great for team building and socializing. Also to reflect on the month of work. WFH flexi-time also allows me to be productive and spend time with the wife and kids.

Great to see progress on #subtitles from @channel4 but some services still aren't back to normal. This needs to be sorted ASAP. Very much hope that lessons have been learned and a robust back up plan is in place. This can’t be allowed to happen again. channel4.com/press/news/sub…

It is simply not good enough that Channel 4 has said they will not solve the subtitling issues until at least mid November. This is almost two months. If there was no sound on TV, there would be a huge outcry. Ofcom must now take strong regulatory action. express.co.uk/showbiz/tv-rad…
