@BuckGup1108 @wingbits Most aggregators can't do anything but scrub the data, maybe remove your station, and possibly ban your ip. Wingbits can blacklist the offending station and that hardware can't do that again. Much higher barrier for shenanigans to happen.

@BuckGup1108 @wingbits If you transmit fake ADSB on 1090mhz, that is illegal and likely to result in a visit. If you inject false data into an ADSB aggregating service programmatically it is not illegal but may be against servicer rules.

@Loco888El39097 @wingbits Since coverage can involve 25 coverage (res3) hexes and locations just within those 25 would be 8575, and each would be $120 for 6 months, that would be just over 1 million usd. This ignores everyone outside of those 25 hexes that could also be competition. So many million usd.

@Loco888El39097 @wingbits Location reservations are typically created through saving your area during a hardware purchase event. Those free reservations will convert to online stations in the future. Anyone paying to reserve locations, without purchase, are wasting money and we don't see it happen now.

@wingbits This is wrong. It creates a monopoly to those who buy up and reserve hexes for 6 months to block out players. There needs to be a better way
