Was just brutally logo mogged by another dad at daycare pick up. Peter Millar vest with a fat Lochnivar logo right in my dumb fat face. I couldn’t have looked more like a public track peasant in my trendy & tattered “activewear”. Do I need to change daycares?

Today has been one of those days in property management that makes you want to sell everything, move to the beach, and just work at the docks and sell ice and bait to fisherman.

@bridgelenderguy On some of the high credit tenants, you do achieve an over-listing agreement on the Tenant side of the deal. It is strange that you can kill it as a listing agent and get the same fee on a nail salon as you do on a Chase Bank deal.

Why do brokers get paid for performance on sales but not on leasing?
