Not using any capital letters is a mind virus ego contest.
It has immaturity and california sweat pants all over it.
Capitalize letters in text messages, emails and social posts or you look like a fool!

Comparing closed deals on Crexi is a great way to see if a CRE agent is a market leader or just blowing smoke.
Some of the biggest names on X are basically ghosts when you look for their closed deals.
Keep that in mind as you take their advice.

I’ve really enjoyed, and have been impressed with OpenClaw.
