@Garfieldisdoc I was the same but just kept it as simple as I could Protein probably most important. Portion yogurts and chicken what I eat mainly Calorie deficit is important too. I used to put off doing it for years until i had enough and just decided to lock in Gym 4 days a week too

How does one lock in like this? I struggle with knowing a proper spilt + diet

@Jaack Depends what type of player you prefer. Salah’s numbers are better but Hazard is a lot more technical and better to watch

There is absolutely no universe in which Eden Hazard was a better Prem player than Mo Salah imo.
