#Rangers - Wyatt Langford showed the elite power skills (48% hard hit, .354 xwOBA, 14% Brl%), but struggled a bit with contact and had three different oblique issues. I think he's 30-30 player if he stays healthy in 2026 - Adolis Garcia and Marcus Semien saw continued declines, but weren't helped by this weird shift to Globe Life becoming a pitcher friendly park (explored that yesterday in a tweet I'll link to below) - Corey Seager has not lost any ability with the bat, sick combo of power, swing decisions, and contact. - I think it's over for Joc Pederson - Josh Smith had to play a bunch (probably more than they wanted). Strong contact bat but no raw power - Evan Carter improved his K%, get a lot of balls in the air, and steals bases, but the raw power isn't there and he can't hit lefties

@beta_rank_fb While I disagree, the same thing can’t be said for the ACC winner, BYU, Vandy, Utah, etc? Wouldn’t it be the same for the last at large regardless? Stayed pretty close with Ohio State despite losing the turnover battle and being in Columbus.

@Mike_Duffin It's possible they could draw somebody in the 11-20 range then it might be 2, but if they get somebody in the top 5 of a power rank then it would be as high as 4.

It's a bit hilarious that we are blowing off record for a team that would have to finish +3 on turnovers, at least, to win a first round playoff game.
