@Toibin1 I know good people, school-leavers & experienced people, looking for work and getting absolutely nowhere. Employers should employ from the live register in the first instance, but, go to your local shop, burger chain or filling station and you'll quickly see who they prefer.

There are about 150,000 people unemployed in Ireland. The Dept of Enterprise issued about 150,000 work visas in the last 3 years. The Dept of Enterprise do not check the skills available on the live register before they issue working visas.

@griptmedia Once again, they look to the UK for 'solutions'. They are moving from centralised migrant housing, which acts as a focus point for public discontent, dispersing them instead into communities across the country, competing with home buyers and skipping housing waiting lists.

@EU_Commission "People-to-people exchanges" More choice for employers means less bargaining power for workers, less availability of services & amenities, less housing availability and less social cohesion. You absolutely do not work for the betterment of ordinary EU citizens.

Three-in-five Irish under-25 are considering emigration. This figure will only increase as youth unemployment continues to rise. Meanwhile the government have issued record high numbers of work visas to immigrants. The Irish are consistently been fed the lie that we need immigration for our workforce. The reality is that the establishment are following the orders from their globalist paymasters. In 2019 the Central Bank announced that Ireland needs more immigration to drive down wages. We are witnessing the large scale replacement of the Irish workforce as a result of deliberate policies of the government. A race to the bottom. Our young people are being driven out of Ireland to foreign soils. History repeating itself except this time there will be nothing left of Ireland for the Irish emigrant to return to, unless the continued destruction of our country is reversed.

@RobCarryBray @Witkacy101 Every job, rental and service now has hundreds of applicants. Bonanza for the Capitalist class, but the working class have to compete (or emigrate). If we question this, the left label us; everything is identity politics. Bizarrely, the left now defend ultra-capitalism.

I've said it many times - the working class didn't abandon the left. The left abandoned the working class. Through its position on migration, the left finds itself arguing for something that suppresses wages of low paid workers, ramps up their rents and makes home ownership a pipe dream. Worse, they belittle, berate and abuse the working class for daring to express their concerns in what has very often looked like barely concealed classism. Personally, I don't see that fracture ever being repaired.

@rtenews It's basic stuff; buy the items; ensure there are facilities for the items. Investigate who is responsible at the NTA, and then publicly sack them. Put into place a clause stating that gross misplacement of public funds eliminates any pay offs when they are shown the door.

@fellawrites @FineGaelBrux @LPerrinx Hundreds of applicants for every job and every rental is great for businesses and landlords - that's why our communities are being transformed - it's capitalism on steroids, at the expense of everything else. @FineGaelBrux @LPerrinx Over 20% of Ireland’s population was born outside of Ireland or the UK. In the mid 90s, this figure was closer to 1.5%. We are absolutely overrun and social cohesion is breaking down. Irish people are quietly (for now) furious.

@Polito_loco 71% of the electorate didn't vote for her. Our 'choice' was between a Liberal/Globalist Govt candidate, and her. A low turnout got her in. A centre-right candidate was blocked from running. 1 in 8 of those who did vote deliberately spoiled their ballot in protest.

In 63 seconds, Ireland's new President, and her first ST. Patrick's Day message she sends out a message to humiliate Ireland with woke nonense. In 63 seconds She calls SAINT Patrick, Patrick four times. In turn ignoring Ireland's Catholic historical traditions. Refuses to wear green, opting for black instead like a funeral. And espouses a historically innacurate version of events comparing St Patrick to a migrant (he was a slave!) to create a modern day socialist propaganda speech. Disgraceful.
