@daveglass1 @Tandem_Bank I asked for this reference number earlier for my withdrawal. @Tandem_Bank couldn’t provide it as “the payment was awaiting being sent.” Coming up almost 24 hours later - the issue is firmly with Tandem Bank. What on earth are they playing at?
