Leonid Radvinsky: The Billionaire Who Built an Empire in the Shadows. ( ONLYFANS owner) 🔥‼️ Leonid Radvinsky was born on May 30, 1982, in Odesa, Ukraine, into a Jewish family. His family emigrated to Chicago when he was a child, where he grew up and eventually went on to graduate from Northwestern University with a degree in economics. He was his class valedictorian. His entrepreneurial instincts showed early. At just 17 years old in 1999, he helped incorporate Cybertania Inc., a website referral business. He developed more than ten websites that claimed to provide users with “hacked” passwords to adult sites, earning money per click with one site reportedly earning $1.8 million a year in revenue during the 2000s. In 2004, he founded MyFreeCams, an adult streaming website that became a pioneer in letting people pay for explicit content online. That same year, he faced legal heat where Microsoft sued him for allegedly sending millions of deceptive emails to Hotmail users, though the case was eventually dismissed. His defining move came in 2018. Radvinsky bought Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, from its British founder Tim Stokely. Under his ownership, OnlyFans transformed from a platform that once avoided explicit content into an adults-only phenomenon with more than 300 million users and over $1 billion in annual revenue, powered by erotic performers and celebrity influencers. The platform exploded during the COVID-19 pandemic as millions stuck at home globally turned to the web, fueling a massive surge in both content creators and subscribers. By 2024, the platform had approximately 377 million users and 4.6 million creators. Financially, the results were staggering. Radvinsky received $472 million in dividends in 2023, up from $338 million and $284 million in 2022 and 2021, respectively and was paid $701 million by OnlyFans in 2024. He also ran Leo, a venture capital fund he founded in 2009, which focused primarily on investments in technology companies. Despite his enormous wealth, Radvinsky lived an intensely private life. Little was known about his personal life and he seldom spoke publicly. He was married to lawyer Katie Chudnovsky and is survived by four children, though the family kept personal matters tightly private. On the philanthropic side, he donated $5 million to Ukraine relief in 2022 and supported institutions including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the West Suburban Humane Society. His website described him as “an accomplished company architect, angel investor, philanthropist and open-source software supporter.” His Fenix shares were placed into the LR Fenix Trust in 2024 and Reuters reported in January 2026 that OnlyFans was exploring the sale of a majority stake to investment firm Architect Capital, valuing the company at about $5.5 billion including debt. Leonid Radvinsky passed away on March 23, 2026, after a long battle with cancer at the age of 43. OnlyFans confirmed he “passed away peacefully,” with his family requesting privacy. At the time of his death, his estimated net worth was $4.7 billion, according to Forbes.
