It really stings that after 15 years of working on a channel @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators haven't been able to successfully help with fixing my channel. My existing emails with creator support have gone dry, nobody has responded or reached out to help. Kinda wild tbh

It's been nearly 14 months, and unfortunately no further support or resolution from @TeamYouTube regarding my false Youtube Kids content claims - I've submitted more than 10 tickets, spoke to official Youtube reps - and have had guidance with my network @Studio71US Our channel, which we've been working on since 2009, and uploading nearly every single day for 14 years has been completely washed in the Youtube Kids algorithm (even though - we strictly do not make content for kids, our content includes edgy humor, simulated blood, which is obviously not safe for children) This ripple effect has caused a 90% decrease in overall revenue (and RPM per video, from $6.00 to nearly $0.50) & additionally, a massive change in our viewer profile from our Youtube.com audience - causing our fans on Youtube.com to not be suggested, or shown our content on Home page - or "Up Next" After creating content for nearly 1/2 my life, building an incredible business, working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry - I truly never thought something like this would happen. Unfortunately - i'd love to track Suggested Views from Youtube.com to YoutubeKids.com to compare the correlation - but i don't believe it's a metric I can track. Furthermore - we can confidently say, when Youtube Kids took effect, we immediately noticed a decrease in Youtube.com suggested viewership as our viewer profile (the algorithm crafting the perfect viewer to be served your video) - had been drastically altered. Additionally, due to the lack of content library on YoutubeKids (compared to Youtube.com) - the kids LOVED our videos. Which than made the algorithm suggest it to even more Kids on YoutubeKids.com Now - the algorithm has our viewer profile skewed entirely between our core fans (who are not being served are content despite watching it) and children on YoutubeKids.com - it has no idea who to serve are content to. Youtube, as you can tell, i'm on my last hopes at this point - i've reached out dozens of times behind the scenes, spoken to every rep imaginable. I'm hopeful the right person from Youtube see's this, and escalates this issue for not just our channel - but for the kids watching our videos on YoutubeKids when we strictly do not create content for YoutubeKids.com @derraleves @YouTube @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

@09sharkboy My only suggestion and this is coming from some blind idiot, is to be slightly, tastefully, more raunchy with your wording so the algorithm can clock that you're not on YouTube kids? Otherwise yeah, YouTube... step up... you've got a dedicated person asking for help.. help them

Looking for any suggestions / help from Youtube. Nearly 12 months ago our content on my Main channel began being suggested in Youtube Kids. We intentionally do not create content for kids as our content does include things such as: edgy humor, language not intended for kids & more. We've reached out to Youtube support a handful of times, and we've been told our content is not being promoted on Youtube Kids (however our data is tracking otherwise) - additionally, we've submitted a handful of tickets including direct video links to the affected videos. (Which has now grown to nearly 80% of the entire channel itself) Our revenue has dropped nearly 95% and our viewer profile is significantly different now. We've been on Youtube since 2009 and a legitimate incorporated business for nearly 10 years now with a team of over 12+ full-time employees who rely on us to make payroll each and every month. Our RPMS have gone from approximately $5.00 to nearly $0.25 on long-form videos with millions of views and we're at a desperate need of help from Youtube. We all are so incredibly passionate about creating content. We've spoken to several large creators, strategist & our network in helping resolve this issue - but we've made no strong strides forward to resolution. The last thing we'd ever want to do is restart from scratch and re-build what we've been working so hard on for nearly 15 years, we're asking for any help or guidance from creators or people within Youtube / Google to help guide us in the right direction.
