Balance should be seasonal. There were years building SNOW where balance honestly didn’t exist. When you’re trying to escape survival mode, balance sounds luxurious. But I also think a lot of entrepreneurs destroy themselves because they never learn how to transition from survival mode into sustainability. Just left the Inter Miami game. Traffic, not the nightmare for the airport that people thought it would be. The site has 140 acres and 3 miles of internal cueing. That was what made the site unique. One of my supp brands can’t use shopify payments. Brand was started in 2013 and has some weird blacklist from shopify and paypal. meanwhile a ton of recently blown up supp brands use shopify payments. As well as some of my wholesale accounts have my exact products on their site and can still use shopify payments. What da fuck

If someone wants to give me a $50 million seed round like all the other big boys we will start with DTC stick packs to not go bankrupt shipping bottles or cans like they planned to. Build an army of creators in the ⚽️ space. Hype tf out of it online. Get to a really good run rate, start with regional distribution before national to see general feedback, launch in major locations with events.
