No amount of money, food, or medicine will ever fix this problem because this is just who they are - and this just what they do. Continuing to feed, fund, and provide medicine to these people perpetuates this horror by guaranteeing that there will be more of them condemned to the same fate. Cutting off all forms of aid to Africa is, in the long term, the kindest option.
