@wlclar02 Needs to get a high level assistant coach on the staff. One that’s recruited at the P5 level. His rotations and lineups work at the mid major level but not P5

Hi Pat, It’s me again. I couldn’t sleep last night thinking about how I can change to better support this program. I know you’re tired of the fan base acting like your assistant coach, but at least we’re telling you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Our fans have seen highs, lows, and indescribable. After going through a rough patch, the #ReviVille team gave us hope for a better today and a better tomorrow. Changing is not a sign of failure but a sign of growth. This offseason will bring some tough decisions, but I urge you to study 2011 Erik Spoelstra and how he reinvented himself. This program means everything to me, and I will scrap, claw, and fight for this team through thick and thin, but I need to know if you’re all in and willing to evolve.
