Good lord, @FifthThird - get your call center squared away. First, the customer service rep who called me back said her computer 'locked up' so she sent me back to the queue. Then, when I pressed 1 for a callback, your system said it was an invalid entry. Awful customer service.

Hey @FifthThird Your fraud department needs serious customer service training. I understand identity verification is necessary, but your INDIAN representative was almost impossible to hear, sounded disengaged, and kept repeating “I need to verify you” instead of communicating clearly. Customers calling about fraud deserve patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy- not a frustrating experience.
