@FifthThird fucking us on buying a house. Got approved, made an offer, it was accepted and in the middle of this tells us that we don't actually qualify for one of the programs we were using. Now we're scrambling because we were relying on that. This was a horrible mistake.

@FifthThird Appreciate the outreach, replied via DM. This isn’t a where to go for help (app/phone) issue. It’s a real-time execution gap with those systems and tech that can’t help clients efficiently. I love tech solutions and ai, and others would as well, but it has to bring value.

@FifthThird is a trash bank, do not recommend. They will lock you out of your account due to getting a new phone and they don't have access to their own app or website to help you get back in and will just tell you to wait days or weeks, they don't know, to try to login.

@FifthThird you are the absolute worst. 7 times this year I’ve had to get a new card. First you block my card, then make me speak to some card fraud representative that’s chewing food or is in the middle of a call center of hell, to unblock my card. Then after unblocking my card.
