@gggirl924 The light over the kitchen sink was similar to this. My mother used clothes pins to hang washed plastic bags on the ends to dry.

My grandparents and parents never threw anything out. I can remember straightening nails with my grandfather. My mother would get several uses out of a piece of aluminum foil. Were your grandparents and parents the same way? What do you remember them doing?

@JonKatz79 I heard a story about a famous musician who, while staying in a fancy hotel in town to perform, ordered room service and sent back a sandwich because it was "cut wrong".

Diagonally cut sandwiches do in fact taste better.

The thing I learned about High Point University today: They have three high-end restaurants on campus where students learn business conversation skills, interview etiquette, table manners, the bread/drink rule, etc.🧐🏀🍽️

I had to visit the bank for something I couldn't do online. The teller couldn't help so she made an appointment with a "banker" for tomorrow. I got a confirmation email and text. Now they've sent out a "reminder" email. I feel like I'm being stalked.
